Sales Manager
Requirements:
• Female / Male preferably from the Courier/Freight Industry.
• Target oriented and self motivated and should be able to achieve sales target and KPI’s.
• Should be able and confident to do outdoor sales activities.
• Must posses a car and valid driving license.
• Good command of English and computer literate.
• Should have customer focus fundamentals.
• Ability to work under – pressure and independently.
Responsibilities:
• Secure small, medium and large customers in order to generate revenue for the company.
• Perform relevant sales administration activities in order to maintain accurate information of the
customers account.
• Plan and make visits to existing and prospective customers.
• Should be able and confident to do Outdoor Sales.
Customer Service Executive
Requirements:
- Fluent in English.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Office Location:Changi.
- Computer literature, especially in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Pleasant personality and positive working attitude.
- Those who are able to start at a short notice would have an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- To attend to customer calls and enquiries.
- To explain to customers the products and services of the Company.
- To ensure that all customer needs are carried out.
- To demonstrate the ability to maintain a good relationship with customers.
- To handle and resolve customers enquiries and complaints tactfully.
