delays, negligence, consequential damages, direct or indirect loss can be made or
accepted. All such claims if any would have to made by the customer with their own
insurance agent by virtue of the customer taking insurance for their shipments prior
to it being shipped out of Singapore. The Warsaw convention governs and in all case
further limits our liability for loss or damage for amy shipments. |
